1. Who we are

2. What data we process

When you launch the Activity, Discord's OAuth flow shares your Discord user ID, username, and avatar with our server (via the "identify" scope). This is used only to:

• Show your name and avatar to other players in your game room
• Track your position and score within that game

This data is held only in server memory for the duration of your game session. We do not write it to a database, sell it, or share it with any third party. It's discarded as soon as your game room ends and empties out.

3. Purchases

If you buy a paid song pack, that purchase is handled entirely by Discord. We only ask Discord's API whether you already own a given pack (an "entitlement check") - we never see or store your payment information.

4. Audio

Song previews are streamed live from Deezer through our server. Only the song's title and artist (not any of your personal data) are sent to Deezer to look up a preview clip.

5. Cookies and tracking

We don't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of any kind.

6. Data retention

As above: gameplay data lives in server memory only and is cleared when your room ends. Nothing about you is retained after that.

7. Your rights

Because we don't persist personal data beyond an active game session, there is generally nothing stored to access, correct, or delete. If you have any question or request regardless, contact us at the email above.

8. Children

This Activity runs inside Discord and inherits Discord's own age requirements and policies for who may use it.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated occasionally; the date above reflects the latest revision.
